What inspired you and your career trajectory to pursue a career in fiduciary services?

My passion for private client and fiduciary services is driven by the desire to help individuals, families, and entrepreneurs protect and manage multi-generational wealth. I thrive on the challenge of navigating complex cross-border assets and evolving regulations. Combining financial, legal, and tax expertise to create bespoke solutions makes my work deeply rewarding.

How has your career and working across different countries and cultures shaped your leadership style?

Working across diverse jurisdictions has shaped my leadership approach, emphasizing empathy, adaptability, and active listening. I have learned to build inclusive teams by valuing diverse perspectives and fostering collaboration. Effective leadership in dynamic fields like private client services requires flexibility, embracing change, and cultivating strong team bonds.

What do you see as the biggest global trends impacting our industry? What do you wish more people knew about our industry?

One of the biggest global trends in fiduciary services is the increasing complexity of regulatory compliance, particularly with cross-border tax transparency initiatives like the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).

I wish more professionals recognized how trustee and fiduciary services have evolved into a critical component of global wealth management structuring. It is no longer just about establishing trust structures; it is about navigating a highly complex and interconnected landscape where legal, tax, financial, and personal factors intersect.
